    This feeder supports dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz connectivity and is very easy to use. We’ve also uploaded a video demonstrating the WiFi setup process to the video section, which you can watch.

    2.Does the feeder work offline as scheduled?

    Yes, even if the internet connection is lost, the feeder will continue to dispense food according to the scheduled feeding plan and will not be affected at all.

    3.How many feedings can be scheduled per day?

    Each schedule can have up to 15 feedings, and a single device can store up to 10 schedules.

  5. 4.Feeder capacity and per-serving food weight?

    The capacity is 6.5L, with each serving dispensing 5–7g. The diameter of dry kibble and freeze-dried food should be less than 15mm, making it easy to manage feeding while you’re away.
